Weekly Menu 4/5 - 4/9/10

I hope everyone had a lovely weekend. We went out of town for Easter so all the cooking was in my sister's hands & oh, did she feed us well. City ham for dinner with sweet potato crisp & roasted vegetables for dinner & then the next day breakfast casserole, sweet rolls, waffles & fruit. Here's a few scenes from the fun.

Looks like you guys had a great weekend. Was good of you to remember to take some pictures of the festivities. I think we were having too much fun... I never bothered to take out the camera, so we missed all sorts of great stuff (including a fabulous Grande Marnier cheesecake with chocolate glaze... bah!!)

It is lovely when you have people to give you a break in the kitchen. I am resting to day from having entertained over 10 people during the Easter holiday. I made a ham and actually brined it myself, which was a first. Your dinner this week sounds quite tasty.
